Buscamos incorporar un/a Machine Learning Engineer cuya misión será dar apoyo al negocio del cliente mediante el lanzamiento de iniciativas y proyectos basados en datos, machine learning e inteligencia artificial, orientados a predecir y mejorar las ventas.

Funciones

En tu día a día te encargarás de:

  • Desarrollar y poner en producción iniciativas y proyectos de Machine Learning aplicados al ámbito comercial.
  • Trabajar en modelos orientados a la predicción de ventas y mejora de la eficiencia del negocio.
  • Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones basadas en datos utilizando Python, SQL y Databricks.
  • Participar en la puesta en producción, seguimiento y evolución de los modelos e iniciativas desarrolladas.
  • Comunicar avances, resultados y recomendaciones de forma clara a los equipos implicados.

Requisitos

Indispensable

  • Formación universitaria en áreas STEM, como Física, Matemáticas, Ingeniería Informática, Estadística, Ciencia de Datos o similares.
  • Experiencia de entre 3 y 5 años en proyectos de Machine Learning.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Databricks.
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos Azure.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con datos de negocio y transformarlos en soluciones accionables.
  • Capacidad para colaborar con equipos técnicos y stakeholders de negocio.
  • Orientación a resultados, proactividad y capacidad de análisis.

Valorable

  • Residencia en Barcelona.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Python.
  • Experiencia trabajando con SQL.

¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos una persona con experiencia en Machine Learning, datos y entornos cloud, especialmente Azure y Databricks.

Alguien capaz de desarrollar soluciones analíticas de principio a fin, desde el tratamiento y mejora de los datos hasta la creación y puesta en producción de modelos que ayuden a mejorar la eficiencia comercial y la predicción de ventas.

Te incorporarás a un proyecto específico de cliente. Se trata de una posición en donde tendrás la oportunidad de crecer dentro del equipo, participando en proyectos con impacto y asumiendo progresivamente nuevos retos.

Horario

  • Jornada de invierno

Entre el 1 de enero y el 30 de junio y entre el 1 de septiembre y 31 de diciembre. Lunes a jueves: entrada de 8:30 a 9:30 y salida de 17:30 a 18:30. Parada para comer a las 14:00 de 1 hora. Viernes de 8:30 a 14:30.

  • Jornada de verano

Entre el 1 de julio y el 31 de agosto. De lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 15:00.
