Assistenz des CEO 50% \- 60% (alle) \- befristet 2 \- 3 Monate

Worauf Du Dich freuen darfst:

  • Du führst die Agenda des CEO mit Fingerspitzengefühl und stimmst seine Termine laufend auf die Kalender von Stakeholdern sowie Geschäftsleitungsmitgliedern ab
  • Du gestaltest die Jahresplanung 2027 sowohl für den CEO als auch für die Geschäftsleitung und behältst dabei alle Abhängigkeiten im Blick
  • Du planst und organisierst die Events 2027 von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Durchführung
  • Du bereitest Meetings vor, organisierst Reisen und unterstützt überall dort, wo administrative Hilfe gefragt ist

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Assistenz mit, idealerweise auf Geschäftsleitungsstufe und weisst, wie man einer Führungsperson den Rücken freihält
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und gewandt in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Outlook, MS Teams und MS Office setzt Du souverän ein
  • Du bleibst bei kurzfristigen Änderungen gelassen, arbeitest diskret und zuverlässig und kannst umgehend starten

Was Du erwarten darfst:

Dich erwartet ein Pensum von 50–60 %, das du flexibel auf mehrere Tage in der Woche verteilen kannst. In dieser Vertrauensposition arbeitest du eng mit dem CEO und der Geschäftsleitung zusammen und siehst direkt, was dein Beitrag bewirkt. Es erwartet Dich ein äusserst wertschätzendes Umfeld, dass Dich unterstützt und zur Seite steht.
