Stellenbeschreibung

Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für alle IT-relevanten Anliegen und sorgst dafür, dass die IT-Systeme und Arbeitsplätze unserer Mitarbeiter:innen reibungslos funktionieren. Mit deinem technischen Know-how analysierst und behebst du Störungen, unterstützt bei IT-Projekten und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Support- und Serviceprozesse bei.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • 1st Level Support für Windows- und Linux-basierte Systeme, Anwendungen und Hardware
  • Installation, Wartung und Betreuung von PCs, Notebooks, Peripheriegeräten und Standardsoftware
  • Administration und Support von Business-Applikationen sowie Kommunikations- und Sicherheitssystemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Netzwerk- und Serversystemen (z. B. DHCP, DNS, Active Directory)
  • Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten und Übernahme der Rolle als fachliche Ansprechperson für spezifische Themengebiete
  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Tickets sowie Pflege der Wissensdatenbank nach ITIL-orientierten Prozessen
  • Verantwortung für Asset Management sowie die Weiterentwicklung interner und externer IT-Dokumentationen
  • Unterstützung bei Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen inklusive Benutzerkonten, Hardwarebereitstellung und Datenmanagement
  • Zusammenarbeit mit 2nd-Level-Support und externen IT-Dienstleistern zur Lösung komplexer Störungen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder IT-Service-Desk-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365 sowie gängigen Office- und Business-Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Active Directory sowie grundlegenden Serverumgebungen (Windows/Linux)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien und -diensten wie LAN, WLAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DHCP und DNS
  • Erfahrung mit Ticket- bzw. ITSM-Systemen (z. B. Jira Service Management, ServiceNow) und ITIL-Prozessen
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Asset Management und in der Erstellung bzw. Pflege von Wissensdatenbanken von Vorteil
  • Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Bei uns bekommst du ein attraktives Jahresbruttogehalt ab 45.000,- € (plus Bonus, KV Metallgewerbe). Je nach Erfahrung kann das auch höher ausfallen.
