  • Identify opportunities to expand NASCAR's reach within fashion, lifestyle, youth, women's, and other growth-oriented consumer segments.
  • Partner with the Strategic Licensing & Growth team to develop premium collaborations, limited-edition collections, and culturally relevant brand partnerships.

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting for assigned apparel categories and licensing partners.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Legal, Licensing Operations, and external partners to ensure successful execution of consumer product initiatives.
  • Lead and develop assigned team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Support strategic initiatives that contribute to the long-term growth of NASCAR's licensing and consumer products business.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 8+ years of experience in apparel licensing, branded apparel, consumer products, retail merchandising, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the licensed apparel, headwear, and consumer products marketplace.
  • Demonstrated success growing apparel programs, expanding retail distribution, and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Experience managing licensing relationships, retail accounts, brand partnerships, or consumer products portfolios.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Understanding of apparel product development, merchandising, assortment planning, and retail execution.
  • Knowledge of fashion, lifestyle, and consumer trends, with the ability to translate insights into commercially successful programs.
  • Experience leading teams or driving complex cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience developing collaborations, capsule collections, or limited-edition merchandise programs preferred.
  • Familiarity with national retail, specialty retail, e-commerce, and emerging distribution channels preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%, including weekends, as business needs require.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
