Qual será o seu papel?

Como Especialista Técnico em Equipamentos de Diagnóstico por Imagem, você será responsável por garantir a instalação, manutenção e suporte técnico dos nossos equipamentos de diagnóstico por imagem, garantindo a qualidade e a confiabilidade de nossos produtos no campo. Seu trabalho será essencial para o bom funcionamento dos equipamentos nos hospitais e clínicas, sempre buscando a excelência no atendimento aos nossos clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Como será o seu dia a dia?

  • Realizar instalação, calibração e manutenção preventiva e corretiva dos equipamentos de diagnóstico por imagem (radiologia, ultrassonografia, tomografia, entre outros);
  • Oferecer suporte técnico remoto e presencial aos clientes, solucionando dúvidas e problemas técnicos;
  • Treinar usuários sobre a operação e manutenção dos equipamentos;
  • Diagnosticar falhas e realizar reparos de acordo com os procedimentos da empresa;
  • Acompanhar e controlar os indicadores de performance dos equipamentos, gerando relatórios técnicos para os gestores;
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipes de vendas, engenharia e atendimento ao cliente para garantir a satisfação dos clientes;
  • Assegurar que todos os procedimentos de segurança e regulamentações técnicas sejam seguidos rigorosamente.

Requisitos e qualificações

Para fazer a sua história acontecer aqui, precisamos que você domine esses assuntos:

  • Formação técnica ou superior em áreas como Engenharia Biomédica, Engenharia Eletrônica, Engenharia Elétrica ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia com equipamentos de diagnóstico por imagem (radiologia, ultrassonografia, tomografia, etc.);
  • Conhecimento em processos de manutenção e calibração de equipamentos médicos;
  • Capacidade de diagnosticar e resolver problemas técnicos com agilidade e precisão;
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • CNH de categoria B;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e deslocamentos conforme demanda.

  • Conhecimento em normas regulatórias da ANVISA e demais regulamentações do setor de saúde;
  • Inglês técnico para leitura de manuais e normas internacionais;
  • Experiência prévia em empresas do segmento de equipamentos médicos ou saúde.
