The posting

Buscamos um(a) Estrategista Digital (Social Media) com perfil dinâmico, estratégico e executável para atuação em contas privadas de comunicação institucional e corporativa.

A pessoa será responsável pela operação tática e criativa de conteúdos digitais, cobertura de eventos, apoio em planejamento de comunicação e interface com equipes multidisciplinares (design, PR, audiovisual e atendimento).

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Planejamento e execução de conteúdo para redes sociais;
  • Redação de copies adaptadas para diferentes plataformas e públicos;
  • Cobertura em tempo real de eventos, agendas institucionais e ativações;
  • Captação de vídeos e fotos por celular para reels, stories e conteúdos rápidos;
  • Edição ágil de vídeos no CapCut ou ferramentas similares;
  • Abertura de briefings claros e organizados para equipe de design;
  • Apoio na organização de cronogramas e fluxos de conteúdo;
  • Interação com equipes internas para alinhamento de demandas e entregas;
  • Monitoramento de tendências, pautas quentes e oportunidades de conteúdo;
  • Apoio em estratégias de posicionamento digital e construção de reputação.

Requisitos e habilidades:

  • Formação em Jornalismo, Publicidade, Marketing, Comunicação Social ou áreas afins.
  • Domínio estratégico e operacional de Instagram, LinkedIn e TikTok, com entendimento de formatos e dinâmicas de conteúdo;
  • Boa escrita, adaptação de linguagem e conhecimento em storytelling para produção de conteúdo digital;
  • Habilidade em captação de vídeos por smartphone e edição no CapCut, com senso estético;
  • Organização de pautas, calendários editoriais, briefings e gestão de demandas;
  • Conhecimento básico de métricas, performance e leitura de resultados;
  • Perfil proativo, organizado e com autonomia para conduzir demandas em rotina dinâmica;
  • Boa comunicação interpessoal, facilidade de trabalho em equipe e relacionamento com clientes;
  • Capacidade de priorização, adaptação e resolução de problemas com visão prática.

Remuneração mensal no valor de R$ 5.500,00 (cinco mil e quinhentos reais)
