Para hospital de referencia comarcal y universitario, cercano a Barcelona, actualmente en expansión, con proyectos innovadores orientados a acercar los servicios a los usuarios y ofrecer una atención sanitaria de calidad. El servicio cuenta con una gestión consolidada de la trazabilidad interna y externa de las muestras y ha integrado la patología digital en su actividad diagnóstica. Dispone de un amplio catálogo de estudios inmunohistoquímicos, así como de técnicas de diagnóstico molecular e hibridación fluorescente in situ (FISH). Además, es centro de referencia del programa de cribado de cáncer de cuello uterino en la Cataluña Central. Funciones Liderar y organizar el servicio para responder eficientemente a las necesidades clínicas y quirúrgicas. Asegurar la sostenibilidad económica, la seguridad del paciente, la investigación y la formación continua del equipo. Coordinación con el resto de servicios del hospital. Impulsar la patología digital y nuevas técnicas. Requisitos Licenciatura/Grado en Medicina. Especialidad en Anatomía Patológica vía MIR u homologada. Experiencia en ámbito hospitalario. Se valorará Formación y/o experiencia en gestión sanitaria. Máster y/o Posgrado relacionado con la especialidad. Título de doctorado o en proceso. Conocimientos en áreas de investigación y docencia. Experiencia en funciones de mando y liderazgo de equipos. Ventajas Retribución según convenio Siscat, categoría profesional, complemento de gestión y variable por objetivos. Acceso a programas de formación continuada. Contratación laboral indefinida a jornada completa. Colaboración como docente de la Facultad de medicina.
