The posting

Se incorporará a hospital comarcal en la provincia de Girona Características del Servicio Desarrolla actividad hospitalaria y ambulatoria: hospitalización, interconsultas, consultas externas, ecocardiografía transtorácica y transesofágica, ecocardiografía de estrés, tilt test y resonancia magnética cardiaca. Dispone de Unidad de Insuficiencia Cardiaca, Unidad de Dolor Torácico, Hospital de Día y Unidad de Síndrome Coronario Crónico. También participa en investigación clínica y en la docencia de residentes y otros profesionales sanitarios. Funciones Valoración clínica de pacientes ambulatorios y hospitalizados, indicación y seguimiento de pruebas diagnósticas. Participación en sesiones clínicas y elaboración de informes. Realización e interpretación de técnicas de imagen cardíaca (especialmente ecocardiografía y, según perfil, otras técnicas como TAC o resonancia cardíaca en coordinación con los servicios implicados. Colaboración en la implementación de guías clínicas, proyectos de mejora asistencial y, si se desea, en actividades docentes e investigadoras. Requisitos Tener la especialidad en cardiología preferiblemente vía MIR u homologada en España. Experiencia en imagen cardíaca, especialmente en ecocardiografía transtorácica, de estrés y transesofágica. Conocimientos actualizados en cardiología clínica: manejo de insuficiencia cardiaca, cardiopatía isquémica, arritmias y prevención cardiovascular. Capacidad para la toma de decisiones clínicas, gestión de situaciones de urgencia y orientación a la seguridad del paciente. Ventajas Contratación laboral a jornada completa y de forma presencial (1668 h/a). Sueldo según convenio II Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo de los Hospitales de Agudos, Centros de Atención Primaria, Centros Sociosanitarios y Centros de Salud Mental, concertados con el Servei Català de la Salut. Programa activo de formación continuada y reciclaje.
