Je beheert de IT-projectportfolio van Inagro en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe aanvragen, lopende projecten en interne initiatieven op elkaar worden afgestemd. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met functionele analisten, het IT-team, het management en andere interne stakeholders. Je bewaakt de voortgang en onderlinge afhankelijkheden, signaleert knelpunten en maakt zichtbaar welke initiatieven lopen en welke capaciteit daarvoor nodig is. Zo ondersteun je projectleiders en management bij het nemen van beslissingen en het realiseren van projecten.

  • Je analyseert en verduidelijkt behoeften uit de organisatie, samen met functionele analisten en interne stakeholders.
  • Je beoordeelt de impact, meerwaarde, complexiteit en benodigde inspanningen van nieuwe aanvragen en wijzigingen.
  • Je beheert de IT-projectportfolio en volgt interne initiatieven op.
  • Je stelt een capaciteitsplanning op voor het IT-team en externe partners en bewaakt die.
  • Je stemt prioriteiten af met de IT-manager, het management, proceseigenaars en projectverantwoordelijken.
  • Je maakt lopende en geplande initiatieven inzichtelijk via rapportering en dashboards.
  • Je signaleert capaciteitsconflicten, onderlinge afhankelijkheden en risico's.
  • Je ondersteunt projectleiders en teams bij de voorbereiding en opstart van nieuwe projecten.
  • Je helpt de portfolio- en projectwerking verder te professionaliseren binnen de organisatie.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in IT, informatiemanagement, bedrijfskunde of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring met project-, programma- of portfoliomanagement binnen een IT-omgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s en externen.
  • Je bent sterk bent in planning, prioriteiten stellen en stakeholdermanagement.
  • Je begrijpt processen snel en kunt complexe vraagstukken structureren.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je detecteert proactief kansen om de werking te verbeteren en volgt die op.
