Your Mission

As a Software Product Manager, you will own the software platform roadmap, requirements, and prioritisation for INNERVIA's digital products. You will define the capabilities the platform needs to deliver at the system level, balancing clinical use cases, technical architecture, scalability, regulatory approval, and delivery constraints. Your decisions will enable speed of development while keeping the platform aligned with long-term product strategy.

This role bridges product strategy and software execution, owning what and why at the platform level, while working closely with engineering, system architecture, and project management to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.

Direct engagement with patients and clinicians is a core responsibility of this role. You will work closely with users and clinical teams to understand their needs and workflows, translating user feedback and clinical insights into prioritised software features, clear requirements, and roadmap decisions.

What You'll Do

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own the software platform roadmap and system-level software requirements across assigned products and projects.
  • Define and continuously evolve platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with product goals, technical constraints, and business priorities.
  • Engage directly with patients and clinicians, working closely with clinical teams to understand user needs and clinical workflows, and translate user feedback, clinical insights, and product needs into prioritised software features, clear requirements, and development plans.
  • Drive roadmap decisions using product, technical, regulatory, and stakeholder inputs.

Platform & Delivery Management

  • Own and prioritise the software backlog to maximise business and product value.
  • Lead release planning and coordinate software feature delivery across multiple development streams.
  • Balance immediate delivery requirements with long-term platform scalability and maintainability.
  • Ensure software solutions support future product growth and reuse across programmes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Software Engineering, System Architecture, Data Science, Quality & Regulatory, and Project Management teams.
  • Facilitate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support decision-making through data, user insights, and structured prioritisation.
  • Communicate roadmap decisions, trade-offs, risks, and progress effectively across stakeholder groups.

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure software planning and requirements management activities comply with applicable quality and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to software processes that support product development in a regulated medical device environment.
  • Promote quality, traceability, and risk-aware decision making throughout the product lifecycle.

What You'll Bring

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for complex software platforms (at least +5 years).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline (equivalent professional experience may be considered).
  • Ability to work with engineering and data teams on scalable, data-driven systems.
  • Comfortable operating in regulated or high-quality environments.
  • Strong strategic, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in medical devices, health tech, or data-driven products.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
