Dein Auftrag: Du erstellst sowohl Konzept-, Genehmigungs- als auch Ausführungspläne für technische Infrastrukturen auf Grundlage topographischer Daten oder Architektenpläne. Du führst technische Studien aufgrund von Lastenheften durch. Du schlägst technische Lösungen vor bzw. setzen diese im Detail um. Du begleitest Projekte in sämtlichen Planungsphasen: Machbarkeit, detaillierte Entwurfsplanung, Ausschreibung, Ausführung… Du begleitest Variantenuntersuchungen hinsichtlich der räumlichen Trassierung, Niveauplanung sowie Alternativen der Leitungsplanung für Ver- und Entsorgungssysteme. Du tätigst Massenermittlungen für Oberflächen, Volumina und lineare Strukturen. Du modellierst horizontale und vertikale Schleppkurven. Du modellierst Sichtweiten. Du zeichnest 3D und machst problemorientierte Lösungsvorschläge in allen Phasen der Projektbearbeitung. Dein Profil: Du bist ein diplomierter Bauzeichner oder Bautechniker mit Schwerpunkt Tiefbau und hast mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung überwiegend im Bereich Infrastrukturen und Verkehrswegebau. Du beherrschst die CAD-Programme AUTOCAD CIVIL 3D und/oder COVADIS; Grundkenntnisse von NEMETSCHEK-ALLPLAN sind von Vorteil. Du hast Erfahrung mit den GIS Programmen QGIS und/oder ARCGIS. Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in den technischen Entwurfsregeln im Bereich technische Infrastrukturen und Verkehrswegebau bzgl.: Verkehrsnetze, Erdarbeiten, Mobilität, Hydraulik, Leitungsbau für Ver- und Entsorgungsnetze, Städtebau und Landschaftsarchitektur. Du sprichst Französisch und/oder Deutsch, Luxemburgisch wäre von Vorteil. Du bist organisiert, dynamisch, kannst gut analysieren, hast einen Sinn für Zusammenhänge und bist technisch sehr versiert.
