Ihre Aufgaben

Mit unseren Gutscheinprodukten haben wir drei verschiedene Zielgruppen. Einerseits überzeugen wir Unternehmen davon, ihren Mitarbeitenden unsere Gutscheine zur Mitarbeiterbindung zur Verfügung zu stellen. Andererseits nutzen Marketing- und Vertriebsverantwortliche unsere Produkte zur Kundenbindung.

Um unsere Position im Markt weiter zu stärken, suchen wir Sales Manager:innen für alle Bereiche und auf allen Erfahrungsstufen, die Spaß am Vertrieb haben und über einen attraktiven variablen Gehaltsanteils ihren Verdienst selbst bestimmen möchten.

  • Gewinnung neuer Unternehmen für unsere Gutscheinlösungen und innovativen Mitarbeitervorteilsprogramme
  • Identifikation von Entscheidern innerhalb der Unternehmen aus den Bereichen Personal, Marketing und Vertrieb.
  • Pflege von nachhaltigen Geschäftsbeziehungen durch professionelle Betreuung wichtiger Entscheidungsträger, wie:
  • Cross-Selling innerhalb der Unternehmen
  • Durchführung von Kundenterminen und Produktdemonstrationen, sowohl persönlich als auch via Webmeeting
  • Beobachtung und Analyse des Marktes zur Sicherstellung der bestmöglichen Marktverbreitung unserer Produkte
  • Erstellung von Reportings und Planung des persönlichen Forecasts

Anforderungen

  • Du bist ein geborener Verkäufer (w/m/d)
  • Es macht dir Spaß, ein Produkt zu verkaufen, das nur Vorteile bietet
  • Du hast ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit, Organisationstalent sowie eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Du hast Lust an einem neuen Produkt mitzuwirken und dich proaktiv in die Neugestaltung und -Entwicklung des Produktvertriebs einzubringen
  • Du hast erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im B2B-Bereich
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
