The posting

Vi söker en Onsite Support Technician till ett företag i Stockholm. Start är snarast möjligt, 6 månaders tidsbegränsat uppdrag till att börja med, möjlighet till förlängning efter det. Denna roll är 100% onsite i Stockholm.  Uppdragsbeskrivning IT-Support har till uppgift att stödja användare inom kunden med ärenden som handlar om PC-, skrivar-, telefoni-support m.m. IT-Support har även hand om ärenden som berör konto och behörighetshantering, mail, Teams och konferensrum. Supportområdet är koncentrerat till huvudkontoret i Stockholm samt raffinaderierna i Göteborg och Lysekil men omfattar även kundens regionala verksamhet i form av hemkontor och depåer.  IT-Support är en grupp på ca 6 personer tillhörande avdelningen IT-Operations med huvudfokus på support till kundens användare samt förvaltning av delar av kundens IT-infrastruktur.

Som supporttekniker kommer du att jobba med följande:

1st –och 2nd line ärenden till alla kundens AD anslutna användare

Ärenden kommer via mail, telefon, serviceportalen och på plats.

Administration samt djup kunskap i användarstöd inom Microsoft365 och dess applikationer så som Teams, Planner, OneDrive, OneNote, Forms, Word, Excel m.m.

Interna och externa kontaktytor samt med kundens olika IT-system

 Skallkrav:

Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete med IT-support administration av Exchange/Microsoft365 i ett par år

Mycket god teknisk kunskap samt erfarenhet av att lösa inkommande ärenden självständigt och effektivt.

Eftergymnasial utbildning inom IT eller har motsvarande kunskap förvärvad på annat sätt.

 Personliga egenskaper:

Stödjande, kommunikativ, social och trivs med att ha många kontaktytor

Stort eget ansvar och ordningssinne och att du självständigt löser de problem som uppkommer.

Du triggas av att lösa problem och gör alltid ditt bästa för att hjälpa användarna.

 Omfattning: 100% på plats i Stockholm Arbetstid: Mån – Fre 07:30-16:30 med lunch 11:30-12:30 Placering: Kontoret i Stockholm (ej distans)

Denna roll kräver flytande kunskaper i både svenska och engelska.
