About the job

Based in our Cape Town office, the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead our global talent acquisition strategy and operations and build high-performing teams. This role will own the full talent acquisition experience across multiple regions and business units, plus act as an advisor on employer branding and best practice TA operations within a fast-paced, performance-led Global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Operations

  • Oversee the end to end TA process from updating JDs, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, managing interviews and closing hires
  • Ensure equitable, inclusive, and efficient hiring practices
  • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition technology including ATS platforms, AI-driven sourcing tools and assessment frameworks
  • Continually look to optimise TA workflows to enable scale, speed to hire and efficiency by removing bottlenecks and building repeatable processes powered by AI

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a talent advisor to stakeholders on TA best practices, talent trends, compensation models and market insights
  • Educate and train hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment methodologies and unconscious bias mitigation

Talent Analytics & Insights

  • Define, track, and analyse key recruitment performance indicators and market insights
  • Deliver TA performance insights and actionable recommendations to leadership

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Partner with Marketing to ensure our hiring collateral accurately reflects Incubeta’s proposition, performance culture and tone of voice
  • Create a world-class, transparent and inclusive candidate experience from first engagement through to onboarding handover

Requirements

  • 8+ years of TA experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role within a high performance tech agency or marketing agency
  • Experience leading TA in a Global environment
  • Track record of delivering senior and specialist searches in a tech, AI or marketing environment
  • Proven experience of scaling TA operations and finding efficiencies and speeding up time to hire
  • Expert knowledge of enterprise ATS platforms, advanced LinkedIn Recruiter functionality and modern recruitment tech stacks
