Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesInspecionar os ambientes de trabalho, verificando as condições de segurança e propondo ações de melhoria em conformidade com as normas e os procedimentos de Segurança do Trabalho;Realizar capacitações de segurança para novos colaboradores, incluindo treinamentos de integração e outros conforme a necessidade;Ministrar treinamentos das NRs aplicáveis à empresa, como empilhadeira, paleteira, ponte rolante, proteção de máquinas e trabalho em altura;Organizar e conduzir o processo eleitoral da CIPA, mantendo as documentações atualizadas e conduzindo as reuniões;Realizar a gestão dos documentos de terceiros, mantendo os arquivos organizados e atualizados, além de acompanhar as atividades quando necessário;Comunicar e orientar corretamente sobre as políticas e os procedimentos de Segurança do Trabalho;Realizar a avaliação e a liberação das Permissões de Trabalho (PT);Fornecer e realizar a gestão dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs);Realizar atendimentos de primeiros socorros, conforme capacitação e procedimentos internos;Monitorar o Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos (PGR), acompanhando as ações preventivas e corretivas;Realizar a gestão da Brigada de Emergência, incluindo a organização, o acompanhamento dos brigadistas, os treinamentos, os simulados e a manutenção dos registros pertinentes;Realizar inspeções periódicas nos equipamentos de combate a incêndio, como extintores, hidrantes, mangueiras e demais sistemas aplicáveis, acompanhando as condições de conservação, sinalização, acessibilidade e validade, bem como o tratamento de eventuais irregularidades;Analisar os indicadores da área, elaborar planos de ação e acompanhar sua execução junto aos responsáveis, garantindo o controle dos prazos e a efetividade das medidas;Analisar e propor melhorias nos processos de trabalho, buscando minimizar os riscos de acidentes sem comprometer a produtividade dos setores;Conhecer e apoiar as rotinas de Gestão Ambiental, incluindo o controle de documentos, processos e gestão de terceiros.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento técnico em Medicina e Segurança do Trabalho e Higiene Ocupacional;Domínio da legislação aplicável à Segurança do Trabalho;Escolaridade: Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho, com registro profissional no MTE;Experiência na função;Conhecimento em eSocial;Conhecimento do Pacote Office (PowerPoint, Excel e Word), com habilidade para elaboração de planilhas, relatórios e apresentações;Será considerado diferencial possuir cursos ou conhecimentos na área de Meio Ambiente;Conhecimento em prevenção e combate a incêndio, incluindo inspeção de equipamentos de combate a incêndio e atuação em emergências;Será considerado diferencial possuir formação de Bombeiro Civil e/ou capacitação em Brigada de Emergência.Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde Unimed e Plano Odontológico;Restaurante no local (café e almoço ou jantar);Ticket alimentação e prêmio assiduidade;Transporte fretado ou VT;Atendimento psicossocial;Auxílio farmácia;Auxílio educação;PLR.
