A Vaapty de Bauru busca um Negociador para atuar na linha de frente do atendimento comercial no setor automotivo, sendo responsável por atender clientes, elaborar e apresentar propostas e conduzir negociações com foco em fechamento.

Missão do cargo

Atender clientes, elaborar e apresentar propostas e conduzir negociações com foco em resultados, contribuindo para o crescimento das vendas e para uma experiência positiva ao cliente.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar atendimento aos clientes.
  • Elaborar e apresentar propostas comerciais.
  • Montar os anúncios.
  • Atualizar o sistema com as informações dos atendimentos.
  • Conduzir negociações com foco em resultados.
  • Trabalhar com foco em metas e conversão.

Requisitos Técnicos (Hard Skills)

  • Ensino médio completo (mínimo)
  • CNH cat. B ativa
  • Experiência com vendas consultivas ou negociação (diferencial: setor automotivo)
  • Noções básicas de avaliação de propostas comerciais
  • Familiaridade com CRM e controle de pipeline (diferencial)
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com metas agressivas e ciclos curtos de venda
