Quem procuramos?

Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, cuidadosa e proativa para integrar o time Financeiro, com foco nas rotinas de Contas a Receber. O perfil ideal gosta de trabalhar com controles, acompanhamento de prazos e conferência de informações, tem boa comunicação para interagir com clientes e áreas internas e deseja se desenvolver em processos financeiros e de faturamento.

Responsabilidades:

• Executar e acompanhar as rotinas de Contas a Receber, garantindo atualização e organização dos controles financeiros.

• Apoiar a emissão e conferência de notas fiscais e notas de débito, conforme solicitações e regras internas de faturamento.

• Acompanhar vencimentos e recebimentos de clientes, realizar baixas e sinalizar pendências ou divergências.

• Realizar conciliações de recebimentos entre bancos, sistema financeiro e controles internos, identificando diferenças para regularização.

• Apoiar a rotina de cobrança, com envio de lembretes, acompanhamento de títulos em aberto e contato com clientes quando necessário.

• Manter cadastros, planilhas, relatórios e informações de faturamento/recebimento atualizados, com atenção à qualidade dos dados.

• Organizar comprovantes e documentos de suporte das operações financeiras e apoiar o fechamento mensal da área.

• Interagir com áreas internas, Contabilidade e clientes para esclarecer informações relacionadas a faturamento e recebimentos.

• Apoiar melhorias e automatizações de controles e processos da área de Contas a Receber.

Requisitos:

• Organização, atenção aos detalhes e compromisso com prazos.

• Proatividade para identificar pendências, divergências e buscar soluções.

• Boa comunicação escrita e verbal para relacionamento com clientes e áreas internas.

• Conhecimento de Excel ou Google Sheets para controles e conferências financeiras.

• Conhecimento básico de rotinas financeiras, especialmente faturamento, Contas a Receber, cobrança ou conciliação.

• Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas e aprender novas ferramentas e processos.

• Experiência com sistema de gestão financeira/ERP, preferencialmente Omie, será um diferencial.

• Conhecimento sobre emissão de notas fiscais, retenções ou rotinas de faturamento será um diferencial.

• Formação cursando ou concluída em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas será considerada um diferencial.
