Administrace projektů VaV, včetně vyhodnocení výsledků a jejich implementace.Návrh výrobních technologií a optimalizace procesních parametrů.Příprava a koordinace provozních zkoušek, zpracování výsledků a doporučení dalšího postupu.Zavádění nových technologií a pracovních postupů ve spolupráci s vedoucími jednotlivých úseků.Technická podpora výrobních oddělení při řešení problémů a zvyšování efektivity výroby.Příprava a aktualizace provozní a projektové dokumentace.Spolupráce při realizaci investičních projektů.Praktická zkušenost v oblasti výrobních technologií, procesního inženýrství, technického rozvoje nebo výzkumu a vývoje.Schopnost porozumět výrobnímu procesu, identifikovat problém, navrhnout řešení a ověřit jeho účinnost.Schopnost plánovat a koordinovat úkoly, hlídat termíny a dotahovat projekty do realizace.Aktivní angličtina pro pracovní komunikaci, čtení technických podkladů a prezentaci výsledků.Dobrá znalost Excelu a Wordu, zejména práce s daty, jejich vyhodnocení a zpracování přehledné dokumentace.Ochota pravidelně pracovat přímo ve výrobním provozu a spolupracovat s jeho pracovníky.Praxe v oboru min. 5 let.
