Du bist ein Organisationstalent, packst gerne selbst mit an und behältst auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick? Für unseren Kunden in Brig suchen wir eine zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die operative Hoflogistik mit Koordinationsaufgaben verbindet und sich im Bereich Rangierdienst und Bahn weiterentwickeln möchte.

AUFGABEN ###

  • Fachliche Führung des Teams und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesbetriebs
  • Koordination und Steuerung von Rangiermanövern, Zugabfertigungen und technischen Zuguntersuchungen
  • Ansprechperson für Leitstelle, Transportdisposition, Netzleitung und Lokpersonal
  • Überwachung der betrieblichen Abläufe und des Equipments sowie rasches Beheben von Störungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Hub- und Rangierkonzepten sowie bei Prozessoptimierungen
  • Umschlag von Wechselbehältern zwischen Lastwagen und Eisenbahnwagen
  • Be- und Entladen, Bereitstellen sowie Auf- und Abbrücken von Wechselbehältern
  • Sicherstellung termingerechter Abholungen und Belieferungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei allgemeinen Umschlagsarbeiten auf dem Areal

ANFORDERUNGEN ###

  • Führerausweis Kat. C oder C/E
  • Zwingende Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung als Rangierer A40 und Wagenprüfer
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit von Montag bis Samstag, inklusive Feiertagen
  • Gute körperliche Verfassung und Freude an praktischer Arbeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, vernetztes Denken und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
  • Kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Kommunikationsmitteln sowie Offenheit für digitale Systeme
