CARGO: ASSISTENTE ALMOXARIFADO

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:

- Realizar processo de recebimento de materiais/ insumos, após conferência entre nota fiscal e pedido de compra, em relação a titularidade da NF valor(es), descrição do(s) produto(s) e quantidades;

- Relatar ao Lider do Almoxarifado, as não conformidades detectadas no recebimento de mercadorias para que seja orientado em como proceder;

- Realizar o endereçamento para armazenagem de itens recebidos; quando solicitado

- Entregar os materiais solicitados pelos clientes internos, de acordo com procedimentos e horários de funcionamento do almoxarifado, assegurando que nenhum item seja retirado sem autorização;

- Auxiliar nos inventários rotativos realizando as contagens físicas dos itens e informando ao analista do almoxarifado, para as devidas providências;

- Auxiliar no inventário anual, de acordo com as orientações da Controladoria

- Alimentar os controles internos do setor, para que possam compor os dados dos indicadores e avaliar atingimento de metas estabelecidas permitindo o acompanhando dos processos e resultados da área;

- Fazer adequadamente a baixa de itens que saem do estoque, bem como entrada quando algum item é devolvido, mantendo rigoroso controle físico e eletrônico dos itens a fim de evitar perdas e extravios implicando ao final em custos extras e desperdício;

- Manter a organização dos estoques do almoxarifado e procedimentos de armazenagem e exposição a fim de facilitar a identificação quando necessário;

- Cumprir as normas de segurança usando devidamente os EPIs a fim de manter-se íntegros e produtivos no trabalho;

- Garantir a limpeza e organização do setor, aplicando devidamente as normas do programa 6s visando melhoria da organização e produtividade da área;

- Atuar como back up de outros profissionais da equipe sempre que necessário;

- Desde que devidamente treinado, operar empilhadeira.
