Atividades

· Estruturar e desenvolver a área de Exportação;

· Gerenciar e expandir a carteira de clientes internacionais;

· Prospectar novos clientes, distribuidores e mercados;

· Gerenciar representantes comerciais internacionais;

· Conduzir negociações nos canais Técnico e Varejo;

· Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de suporte e COMEX nos processos de exportação;

· Desenvolver estratégias para crescimento das vendas e rentabilidade;

· Acompanhar indicadores, metas e resultados.

· Definir e manter a política comercial de exportação por mercado: preços (FOB/CIF), descontos, prazos e condições de pagamento;

· Negociar e gerir contratos com distribuidores, incluindo exclusividade territorial condicionada à volume e metas;

· Elaborar o planejamento anual de exportação (budget e forecast por país/cliente) e alinhar com PCP/fábrica a demanda e o mix;

· Gerenciar risco de crédito internacional, com análise de clientes e uso de instrumentos como carta de crédito e seguro de crédito;

· Conduzir homologações, registros e certificações de produto exigidas em cada mercado;

· Fazer inteligência de mercado: concorrência, preços praticados e potencial por país;

· Desenvolver material comercial e técnico em espanhol e inglês e treinar as equipes dos distribuidores;

· Representar a Dryko em feiras e eventos internacionais do setor;

· Ter disponibilidade para viagens frequentes (estimativa de 30% a 40% do tempo).

Requisitos

· Ensino superior completo em Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, Administração, logística ou áreas correlatas; desejável Pós / MBA;

· Experiência na área de Comércio Exterior/ Exportação;

· Experiência com gestão e acompanhamento de operações de exportação;

· Conhecimento em documentação de exportação e processos aduaneiros;

· Conhecimento de legislação e rotinas de comércio exterior;

· Espanhol fluente essencial e Inglês intermediário/ avançado.

Buscamos um profissional com perfil empreendedor, visão estratégica e forte capacidade de execução, para estruturar a área desde o início, com autonomia e atuação prática. A posição terá reporte direto ao Vice-Presidente e será fundamental para impulsionar o desenvolvimento e a consolidação da operação.
