SUPERVISOR DE TRADE MARKETING – CANAL TRADICIONAL

Buscamos un profesional con sólida capacidad analítica, organización y habilidad de negociación, que combine el seguimiento de resultados comerciales con una gestión efectiva en campo.

Objetivo del cargo

Asegurar la ejecución y el seguimiento de los planes de trade marketing en el canal tradicional, mediante el análisis de información comercial, la coordinación con ventas y clientes y la supervisión en punto de venta, para impulsar el sell out, ampliar la distribución del portafolio y alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Analizar información comercial de ventas, cobertura, distribución, portafolio e inventarios por zona y cliente, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y proponiendo acciones concretas para aprovecharlas.
  • Dar seguimiento semanal al avance de los planes e indicadores, comparando resultados frente a las metas, identificando desviaciones y acordando acciones correctivas con responsables y fechas de cumplimiento. Verificar su implementación y resultados.
  • Coordinar y negociar con el equipo de ventas y los clientes la implementación de promociones, exhibiciones y planes comerciales, dentro de los lineamientos aprobados, dando seguimiento a los compromisos acordados.
  • Planificar las visitas de campo con base en los indicadores y prioridades del negocio, validar la ejecución de los planes e identificar barreras que afecten su cumplimiento.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de los fundamentales de trade marketing en punto de venta y garantizar que se cumpla el cronograma de mercoimpulso
  • Gestionar la disponibilidad y entrega de materiales publicitarios y promocionales para la fuerza de ventas, manteniendo control de su inventario, distribución y correcta utilización.
  • Capacitar al equipo comercial sobre atributos y beneficios de las marcas, mecánicas promocionales y fundamentales de ejecución, mediante entrenamientos y clínicas de venta.
  • Atender los requerimientos de la fuerza de ventas y coordinar soluciones con las áreas involucradas, dando seguimiento hasta su resolución.
  • Presentar reportes semanales con resultados, brechas, oportunidades y propuestas de acción, incorporando información relevante del mercado y la competencia.

Requisitos

  • Título universitario en administración de empresas, ingeniería comercial o afines.
  • Experiencia laboral en trade marketing, comercial o ventas de al menos 1 año.
  • Conocimiento intermedio en Microsoft Excel y Power Point.
  • Movilización propia (carro) y disponibilidad de viajar dentro del país.
  • Conocimiento en ventas, negociación, técnicas de cierre y fundamentales de trade.
  • Experiencia capacitando equipos comerciales y realizando clínicas de venta.
