Objetivo / Función General del Puesto:

Comercializar productos de la compañía, realizando una efectiva gestión de ventas y cobranzas, logrando establecer y mantener buenas relaciones comerciales con clientes y brindando una excelente calidad de servicio.

Funciones específicas:

  • Establecer y mantener buenas relaciones con los clientes del canal.
  • Cumplir con las demás funciones y responsabilidades que le asigne el jefe inmediato superior enmarcados dentro del ámbito de su competencias.
  • Cumplir la disciplina operativa comercial establecida para el cargo.
  • Cumplir las políticas y normas de conducta de la empresa.
  • Comercializar el portafolio de productos de la compañía, asegurando el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas asignado.
  • Realizar los cobros a los clientes dentro de los plazos establecidos.
  • Ejecutar adecuadamente los planes comerciales, de mercadeo y trade marketing establecidos por la compañía.
  • Dar seguimiento al despacho.
  • Visitar y asesorar a los clientes del canal

Requisitos del puesto de trabajo:

  • Indispensable tener movilización propia (auto)
  • Manejo de mobilvendor
  • Conocimiento de las zonas de trabajo RIOBAMBA
  • Fundamentales de la venta del canal tradicional
  • Manejo de indicadores básicos comerciales

Requisitos

Educación y formación

  • Cursando/graduado en estudios superiores en carreras administrativas o afines.

Formación y/o conocimientos

  • Excel nivel intermedio.
  • Conocimiento de las zonas de trabajo.
  • Fundamentales de la venta del canal tradicional.
  • Manejo de indicadores básicos comerciales.
