Die Industriegarage AG in Winterthur ist ein junges, aufstrebendes und modernes Unternehmen. Wir vertreten die Marke ROBETA, WOMONDO und NOMADE Nation im Wohnmobilbereich und sind offizieller Car Service Stützpunkt. In unserem Spezialbetrieb rüsten wir Fahrzeuge nach Kundenwunsch aus und sind zuverlässiger Partner von diversen Garagen und öffentlichen Betrieben (Polizei, Feuerwehr, Stadtbus, Taxiunternehmen uvm.). Von Solaranlagen, über Standheizungen bis hin zu Kurierfahrzeugen mit Ofen bieten wir eine Vielzahl an Dienstleistungen an. Aber auch gewöhnliche Arbeiten im Fahrzeugunterhalt und Reparaturen gehören in unser Fachgebiet.

Bei uns wird keinem so schnell langweilig und die Aufgaben wechseln den Alltag laufend ab. Ein abwechslungsreicher Alltag ist bei uns garantiert!

Zur Unterstützung in unserem Kundendienst suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n

Sachbearbeiter/in Kundendienstberater/in 40 \- 60%

Diese Tätigkeiten erwarten Sie:

  • Führung der Kundenannahme inkl. Cafeteria
  • Kundenanfragen via E\-Mail und Telefon beantworten
  • Terminierung und Organisation der Kundenaufträge
  • Mithilfe im Bereich Ersatzteile und Lager\-Bewirtschaftung
  • Organisieren von Kunden und Mitarbeiter\-Events
  • Administrative Aufgaben wie Briefpost, Rechnungen, Lieferscheine
  • Kundenschreiben, Versandlogistik und Fahrzeugüberführungen
  • Mithilfe im Fahrzeugverkauf Online und vor Ort
  • Unterstützung Kundendienst Offerte, Rechnungen und Akquise
  • Weitere spannende Aufgaben
  • Marketing und Socialmedia

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als kaufmännische Angestellte oder Kundendienstberater im Automobilgewerbe.
  • Erfahrungen aus dem Autogewerbe sowie Kenntnisse von Fahrzeugen (zwingend)
  • Erfahrungen mit Ersatzteil\-Programmen (zwingend)
  • Bereitschaft und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Erfahrung mit EDV, Word, Excel, PDF, DMS oder Alcolm
  • Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Einsatzwille
  • Veränderungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität, ggf. Wunsch zur Weiterbildung
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Organisations\-Talent
