INEOS is één van de grootste werkgevers in de Belgische chemie. We tellen vandaag meer dan 3000 werknemers verspreid over 12 productie- en R&D-sites: Doel, Brussel, Feluy, Geel (2), Jemeppe-sur-Sambre, Lillo (2), Neder over-Heembeek, Zandvliet (2) en Zwijndrecht.

Project ONE zal meer dan 4 miljard Euro investeren in een “state of the art” Ethaan Cracker en de daarbij horende ondersteunende voorzieningen voor utilities, opslag en energie (OSBL). Het doel is om ‘best in class’ te worden binnen de Europese Cracker Industrie waarbij onze veiligheids- en milieustandaarden die van reeds bestaande concurrerende Crackers sterk zullen overtreffen.

Wij zoeken een Elektrisch Tekenaar - Document Controller voor INEOS Olefins Belgium NV met vestiging in Lillo.

VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDENJe zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het opstellen, aanpassen en beheren van E&I-documentatie binnen het eDMS. De focus ligt op het actualiseren van elektrische tekeningen, aangevuld met instrumentatietekeningen en, sporadisch, P&ID's. Jouw scope:

Beheer van technische tekeningen

Je zorgt ervoor dat technische tekeningen, met een focus op elektrische schema’s, correct en actueel blijven. Daarbij:

  • werk je tekeningen correct en tijdig bij na wijzigingen;
  • zorg je ervoor dat tekeningen voldoen aan de geldende normen en standaarden;
  • sla je as-built tekeningen correct op in het eDMS.

Document- en databeheer in het eDMS (elektronisch document management systeem)

Je beheert technische documenten en gegevens in het eDMS en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct en up-to-date blijven. Daarbij:

  • beheer je technische documenten en data;
  • onderhoud je metadata, gebruikersrechten en workflows;
  • volg je documentstromen en uitgeleende tekeningen op;
  • lever je documenten en data aan voor nieuwe en lopende projecten;
  • coördineer je de aanlevering van tekeningen voor wettelijke en vergunningsgerelateerde dossiers.

Werken met gespecialiseerde engineeringtools

  • SPEL (SmartPlant Electrical): Key User en beheerder van elektrische documentatie.
  • SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation): Back-up gebruiker voor instrumentatiedocumentatie.
  • SPID (SmartPlant PID): Basisgebruik voor occasionele aanpassingen aan P&ID's.
  • AutoCAD / MicroStation: Dagelijks gebruik voor engineering en ontwerp.
  • Verdere uitbouw van expertise in deze tools naargelang de projectbehoeften.

Je werkt nauw samen met een team van vier Document Controllers.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt een diploma op A2-niveau in een technische richting.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met technische tekeningen, bij voorkeur E&I.
  • Je hebt ervaring met AutoCAD/MicroStation.
  • je bent bereid opgeleid te worden in Octave smarttools (SPEL en SPI).
  • Je hebt ervaring met het beheren van data en documenten in een digitaal managementsysteem.
  • Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en communicatief.
  • Je bent doelgericht, betrouwbaar en een teamplayer.
