Descrição da vaga

Estamos em busca de um Consultor Funcional Sênior com vasta experiência em Salesforce Industries, focado no setor Utilities (E&U). O profissional será responsável por liderar o desenho funcional de processos e garantir o cumprimento das regulamentações do mercado brasileiro.

  • Desenho de Processos: Sólida experiência no desenho funcional de processos comerciais elétricos (contratação, switching, faturamento, atendimento).
  • Mapeamento e Levantamento: Habilidade comprovada no mapeamento AS-IS -> TO-BE de processos de utilidade, tanto no mercado regulado quanto no livre brasileiro, e na condução de workshops com o cliente para levantamento de requisitos e casos de uso.
  • Conhecimento do Setor: Profundo conhecimento do catálogo de produtos E&U (tarifas reguladas, livres, Tarifa Social).
  • Regulação e Conformidade: Experiência com processos LGPD e consentimento (opt-in/opt-out por canal), além da definição de fluxos de mudança de comercializadora (switching CCEE).

Qualificações

  • Salesforce Industries: Domínio de Indústrias CPQ + CLM (Geração de Documentos 2.0, Biblioteca de Cláusulas, Modelo de Estado).
  • Ferramentas e Modelos: Experiência prática com OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) e com o modelo de dados E&U (Account/Person Account, ServicePoint, Premise, Contract).
  • Regras e Visualização: Conhecimento em Business Rules Engine (BRE) para regras regulatórias e Salesforce Industries Console (Utility 360).
  • Português-BR: Nativo
  • Inglês ou Espanhol: Será um diferencial (valorizado).

  • Duração: 12 meses, com renovação.
  • Modelo de Trabalho: Remoto, com visitas esporádicas ao cliente no Rio de Janeiro.
  • Desejável: Certificação Especialista em CPQ Indústrias, Desenvolvedor OmniStudio.
