Descrição do emprego

Estamos procurando um(a) Consultor(a) SAP Finance para atuar em serviços de suporte e manutenção de aplicações SAP, prestando atendimento a usuários de diferentes países em um ambiente internacional.

O profissional será responsável por analisar e resolver incidentes, apoiar usuários de negócio, executar pequenas melhorias sistêmicas e participar de atividades de manutenção evolutiva e corretiva dos processos financeiros. Também atuará em estreita colaboração com equipes globais, garantindo a continuidade operacional dos sistemas SAP e contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Atendimento e suporte funcional aos usuários finais.
  • Análise, diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes SAP.
  • Gestão e acompanhamento de tickets dentro dos SLAs estabelecidos.
  • Suporte a processos financeiros
  • Participação em testes funcionais e validação de soluções.
  • Elaboração e atualização de documentação funcional.
  • Interação com equipes internacionais e stakeholders de diferentes regiões.
  • Participação em reuniões operacionais

Qualificações

  • Experiência prévia em suporte funcional SAP.
  • Sólida experiência em SAP FI.
  • Conhecimento dos processos de Bancos e Tesouraria, geração de arquivos via DMEE, gestão de IVA, Nota Fiscal Brasileira, Contabilidade de Ativos Fixos, carga de dados por meio de LSMW e processos de Contas a Pagar.
  • Experiência em ambientes SAP ECC e/ou SAP S/4HANA.
  • Capacidade analítica para investigação e resolução de problemas.
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar em equipes multiculturais.

Informação adicional

  • Espanhol intermediário/avançado para conversação (obrigatório).
  • Desejável: conhecimentos em CO-PA e Concur.
