Descripción del empleo

Buscamos un Product Owner Senior con experiencia en el sector financiero, especialmente en Pymes y personas jurídicas, que pueda liderar iniciativas de transformación digital relacionadas con productos de crédito, inversión y formalización digital.

Requisitos

El perfil deberá combinar conocimiento del negocio bancario, visión de producto y capacidad de articulación con equipos multidisciplinarios, asegurando una ejecución orientada a resultados y a la experiencia del cliente.

Experiencia requerida

  • Experiencia sólida como Product Owner en el sector bancario, idealmente de cinco años o más.
  • Conocimiento del negocio Pyme y de productos y procesos financieros para personas jurídicas.
  • Experiencia en productos de crédito, financiación y renovación de cupos.
  • Conocimiento de productos de inversión y procesos de vinculación y contratación de clientes empresariales.
  • Experiencia en journeys digitales, firma electrónica, autenticación y gestión documental.
  • Capacidad para gestionar el backlog, priorizar iniciativas y coordinar dependencias funcionales y tecnológicas.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos de Negocio, Tecnología, Riesgos, Cumplimiento y Operaciones.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y herramientas de gestión de producto.

  • Liderazgo e influencia: habilidad para movilizar equipos y generar acuerdos sin autoridad jerárquica.
  • Proactividad y autonomía: iniciativa para identificar riesgos, resolver bloqueos e impulsar resultados.
  • Negociación: capacidad para gestionar diferentes intereses y prioridades.
  • Pensamiento analítico: criterio para evaluar alternativas y tomar decisiones basadas en valor e impacto.
  • Adaptabilidad: flexibilidad para desenvolverse en entornos cambiantes y proyectos con múltiples dependencias.
  • Orientación al cliente y resultados: enfoque en generar experiencias digitales simples y soluciones de valor.

Experiencia deseable

  • Participación en procesos de contratación y formalización digital de productos bancarios.
  • Conocimiento de mecanismos de firma OOB.
  • Experiencia en automatización de renovaciones de productos de crédito.
  • Conocimiento de plataformas bancarias, integraciones y gestión documental.
  • Experiencia en iniciativas omnicanales para banca empresarial.

Buscamos un perfil con criterio de negocio, capacidad de ejecución y habilidades de relacionamiento, que pueda asumir las iniciativas con autonomía y facilitar la coordinación entre los distintos equipos involucrados.
