Será responsável por elevar a qualidade e a consistência do software que as squads entregam.

Buscamos alguém que conecte tecnologia e negócio, traduzindo as prioridades da empresa em direcionamentos técnicos claros para as squads.

Missão: elevar a qualidade técnica e a consistência do software produzido pelas squads, atuando como referência e multiplicador para todo o time de desenvolvimento.

É uma posição de liderança técnica. A pessoa continua com a mão no código, dedicando parte do tempo a código e pareamento com as squads, o que garante a credibilidade técnica junto aos times.

Stack atual: Go, Node.js, NestJS e .NET no backend; React, Next.js, Angular e Flutter no frontend e mobile; PostgreSQL, SQL Server, DynamoDB e Valkey em dados; Kafka, SQS e SNS em mensageria; AWS, Kubernetes, Gitea e Argo CD na plataforma.

Experiência sólida como desenvolvedor, com atuação em nível sênior ou especialista.

Domínio de pelo menos uma das stacks de backend utilizadas (Go, Node.js/NestJS ou .NET) e boa base de frontend (React, Next.js ou Angular).

Experiência prática com code review, testes automatizados (unitários e de integração) e boas práticas de código limpo.

Conhecimento de estratégias de versionamento e branches (Git flow, trunk-based) e de pipelines de CI/CD.

Experiência com arquitetura de microsserviços, APIs REST e mensageria.

Capacidade de discutir arquitetura, trade-offs e qualidade técnica.

Vivência como referência técnica de um time: definição de padrões, mentoria e revisão de design.

Histórico de resultados concretos na melhoria da qualidade ou da capacidade de entrega de times.

Experiência na gestão de débitos técnicos e na participação em incidentes e post-mortems.

Experiência com uso de IA nos processos de desenvolvimento.

Boa comunicação escrita e verbal, inclusive para documentar padrões e apresentar resultados à gestão.

Diferenciais:

Experiência com métricas de engenharia (DORA ou similares) e painéis de indicadores.

Experiência com análise estática e quality gates (por exemplo, SonarQube).

Conhecimento de segurança no desenvolvimento (OWASP) e de privacidade de dados (LGPD).

Experiência com Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS ou GitOps (Argo CD).

Experiência com feature flags e práticas de release contínuo.

Experiência com RFCs, ADRs ou outras práticas de documentação de decisões técnicas.

Vivência em ambientes regulados, como financeiro, seguros ou capitalização.

Participação em processos de contratação técnica ou em comunidades técnicas.

Atuação em formato híbrido, sendo um dia presencial no cliente, no Bairro Industrial - Osasco - SP.
