Contexte de la mission

Afin de mettre en place une démarche robuste et durable de gestion des projets clients, le client recherche un(e) Consultant(e) PMO spécialisé(e) dans le déploiement de processus et d'outils de pilotage de projets clients.

La mission vise à structurer, formaliser et pérenniser la gestion des commandes complexes, depuis la prise de commande jusqu'à la livraison client.

Objectifs de la mission

• Cadrer et documenter le processus de gestion des projets clients, de la commande à la livraison. • Identifier les dysfonctionnements et axes d'amélioration. • Sélectionner et déployer un outil de suivi adapté. • Mettre en place des indicateurs de pilotage, jalons et alertes. • Former les équipes internes. • Assurer le transfert de compétences.

Périmètre d’intervention

  • Projets concernés : commandes complexes (volume, first of its kind, clients premium, projets exigeants).
  • Interfaces : Supply Chain, Bureau d’Études, ADV, Commerciaux terrain, équipes Offres.
  • Hors périmètre : Refonte du SI / ERP (SAP hors scope direct).

Livrables attendus

Phase 1 – Diagnostic & Cadrage : cartographie des processus, analyse des dysfonctionnements, recommandations priorisées (1 à 2 semaines).

Phase 2 – Déploiement outil : outil de suivi paramétré, registre des jalons, alertes, tableaux de bord, documentation utilisateur (M2 à M3).

Phase 3 – Formation & transfert : 3 à 4 sessions de formation, guide opérationnel, grille d’auto-évaluation (M3).

Profil recherché

• Expérience en gestion de projets industriels B2B. • Expérience dans les biens d’équipement, l’énergie ou secteur similaire. • Maîtrise d’Excel avancé et MS Project (ou équivalent). • Capacité à animer des groupes de travail pluridisciplinaires. • Connaissance des environnements export et des Incoterms (FCA). • Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de structuration et de conduite du changement. • Anglais professionnel requis : niveau B2/C1. • Profil confirmé (5 à 7 ans) ou expert (> 7 ans).

Durée estimée

Mission estimée à 6 mois avec présence régulière sur site.
