Le Laboratoire Havrais d’Essais Mécaniques recrute son ou sa futur Technicien(ne) d’usinage.

◾ Qui sommes-nous ❓

Implanté au Havre, depuis 1985 le laboratoire d’essais mécaniques LHEM a été créé pour répondre aux exigences de contrôle, d’analyse et de validation de pièces mécaniques dans le secteur industriel (aéronautique, pétrochimique...).

Racheté en 2016 par David LECESNE, Président du Groupe INEXCO, le laboratoire connaît depuis un véritable renouveau. Porté par une équipe dynamique et investie, composée de 4 collaborateurs, le LHEM est aujourd’hui en pleine expansion.

Nos analyses métallographiques et mécaniques sont conçues pour détecter les moindres imperfections assurant ainsi à nos clients une fiabilité et résistance du matériau.

Dans un souci constant de diversification de ses activités et pour faire face à une demande de plus en plus forte, un atelier d’usinage a été récemment créé. Équipé de machines neuves — une fraiseuse et un tour — cet atelier vient renforcer l’offre du laboratoire en intégrant une capacité d’usinage de pièces en interne.

Dans le cadre du développement de l’activité de l’entreprise, c’est dans ce contexte que nous recherchons un ou un technicien(ne) d’usinage en contrat à durée indéterminée.

◾ Les missions ❓

Au quotidien, tes activités seront :

· Analyser le projet qui t’es confié avec l’interprétation des plans techniques

. Choisir la machine la plus adaptées

. Régler et paramétrer les machines-outils

· Réaliser l’usinage des pièces

· Faire des contrôles de maintenance sur les équipements

· Respecter les normes de sécurité et les procédures

. Contrôler la qualité du résultat final

. Gérer les différents problèmes de pannes ou de blocages éventuels

◾ Quel profil ❓

. Tu es actuellement titulaire d’un diplôme dans le domaine de l’usinage tel qu’un Bac pro Technicien d’usinage ou un BTS Conception des processus de réalisation de produits (CPRP) par exemple,

. Tu es une personne rigoureuse et qui fait preuve de précision dans son travail,

. Tu es plutôt curieux et tu t’adaptes assez facilement,

. Vous avez un bon esprit d’équipe et vous veillez au maintien d’un environnement de travail organisé.
