Onze missie is even eenvoudig als krachtig: elk kind een warme, veilige plek bieden waar het helemaal zichzelf mag zijn. Van baby tot lagereschoolkind: ons aanbod en onze aanpak sluiten aan bij elke leeftijdsfase en de leefwereld van het kind. Want bij Infano draait werkelijk alles om het kind!

Zou jij jezelf omschrijven als iemand met een groot hart voor kinderen? Je kan je als geen ander verplaatsen in de leefwereld van de kinderen met als doel een warm nest te creëren waarin kinderen zich thuis voelen? Dan is Infano VZW op zoek naar jou!!

Voor onze buitenschoolse opvang en activiteiten (BOA) in Oostkamp zoekt Infano warme en enthousiaste medewerkers die kinderen voor en na school een fijne, speelse en warme omgeving bieden.

Je functie:

  • Als kinderbegeleider BOA sta je mee in voor de opvang van kinderen voor en na school. Je ontvangt kinderen op een warme manier, zorgt voor structuur en veiligheid, en begeleidt hen tijdens hun vrije tijd buiten de klasuren.
  • Je helpt kinderen landen voor de schooldag begint of ontspannen na een drukke schooldag. Dat kan met rustige activiteiten, vrij spel, creatieve opdrachten, buiten spelen, gezelschapsspelletjes, kleine groepsactiviteiten, sport-en bewegingsactiviteiten, …
  • Je zorgt vooral voor een fijne opvangomgeving waarin kinderen zich welkom, veilig en gezien voelen.
  • Je werkt met kinderen van 2,5 tot 12 jaar oud.
  • Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de opvang vlot verloopt en dat kinderen, ouders en scholen op Infano kunnen rekenen.
  • Je hebt een hart voor kinderen en krijgt energie van ermee te werken.
  • Je hebt voeling met kinderen van 2,5 tot 12 jaar. Je bent warm, betrouwbaar en duidelijk. Je kan kinderen begeleiden met geduld en enthousiasme, en je weet hoe belangrijk structuur en rust zijn voor en na school. Ervaring in de kinderopvang is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral je pedagogische aanpak en zin om met kinderen te werken zijn belangrijk.
  • Je bent flexibel en creatief.
