Weitere Anwender unserer vakuumbasierten Verfahren sind die Biowissenschaften, die Forschung, die Luft- und Raumfahrt, die Verpackungsindustrie, die Wärmebehandlung, das Laserschneiden und viele andere industrielle Prozesse. Wir nutzen unser Fachwissen in der Vakuumtechnologie auch, um einzigartige Produkte für die Analyse toxischer Chemikalien in den Bereichen Katastrophenschutz, Sicherheit sowie Gesundheit und Sicherheit der Umwelt anzubieten.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Führung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung und Abwicklung der Zahlungsläufe
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit schrittweiser Übernahme eigener Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Erstellung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen buchhalterischen Fragestellungen
  • Mitarbeit in Finance-Projekten und bei Prozessverbesserungen
  • Übernahme definierter Stellvertretungen innerhalb des Finance-Team
  • Unterstützung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung bei Bedarf
  • Schrittweise Einarbeitung in zusätzliche Accounting- und Hauptbuchthemen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung (Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ)
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter:in Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Erfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung; Kenntnisse in der Debitorenbuchhaltung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung bei Monatsabschlüssen von Vorteil
  • Gute SAP-Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise SAP FI/CO
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, sich schrittweise in anspruchsvollere Accounting- und Abschlussthemen weiterzuentwickeln
  • Teamorientierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
