About the Role

As a Modern Workplace Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital workplace solutions to ensure a seamless and efficient work environment for all employees. This role is ideal for a proactive and tech-savvy professional who can drive the adoption and support of modern workplace technologies, including AI and Copilot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technology Management: Administer and support modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, AI, and Copilot tools.
  • User Support: Provide technical support and training to employees to enhance their use of workplace technologies and improve productivity.
  • System Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of workplace systems, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs.
  • Implementation: Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workplace solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • AI and Copilot Integration: Implement and manage AI-driven solutions and Copilot technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices to protect company data and systems.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest developments in workplace technology and recommend improvements to enhance the digital workplace.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, AI Certifications) are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Modern Workplace Administrator or in a similar role, with a focus on managing and supporting Microsoft 365, AI, and Copilot technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. Experience with AI tools and PowerShell scripting is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and training to end-users.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with IT and other departments to achieve common goals.
