Die infinitas Capital AG ist ein Single\-Family\-Office mit Sitz in Basel. Die Gruppe investiert in Immobilien, Private Equity sowie in innovative Unternehmen in den Bereichen Biotech, Fintech, Consumer\-Tech und PropTech. Das Family Office führt die Buchhaltung für zahlreiche Gesellschaften im eigenen Beteiligungsportfolio.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Accounting\-Teams suchen wir eine engagierte, selbständige und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit als Buchhalter:in, die gut in unser bestehendes Team passt und die Buchhaltung verschiedener Gesellschaften unseres Beteiligungsportfolios eigenverantwortlich betreut.

Ihr Profil

  • Eidg. Fachausweis im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, Treuhänder:in oder Erfahrung im Treuhand oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Mandatsbuchhaltung
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach OR und vorzugsweise auch Swiss GAAP FER
  • Erfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Abacus von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch
  • Englisch von Vorteil
  • Engagierte, selbständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Führung der vollständigen Buchhaltung verschiedener Beteiligungsgesellschaften, insbesondere im Immobilienbereich sowie weiterer Ventures
  • Führung der Lohnbuchhaltung für die Infinitas Capital AG und kleinere Gesellschaften
  • Erstellung von Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR und Swiss GAAP FER
  • Einbuchung von Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen in die Gesamtbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung von Reportings und Auswertungen für die verantwortlichen Gesellschaften
  • Erstellung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Erstellung der Quellensteuerabrechnungen
  • Abstimmungen der Lohn\- und Sozialversicherungskonti zum Jahresende
  • Mitarbeit bei Steuererklärungen
  • Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Buchhaltungssystems Abacus
  • Optimierung und Digitalisierung bestehender Buchhaltungsprozesse
  • Allgemeine Zusammenarbeit mit der externen Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung sowie deren Controlling und verschiedenen weiteren externen Dienstleistern und Stakeholdern
