The posting

Your mission

If none of our open positions match what you do, apply here. We grow mycelium into food, and that takes fermentation scientists, process engineers, food developers, marketers, and the people who keep the company running. Tell us where you fit.

  • Send your CV and name the area you want to work in.
  • Tell us in a few sentences what you would take on at Infinite Roots and why you are the person to do it.
  • Skip the generic cover letter. Two specific paragraphs beat two pages of formatting.
  • We review every open application and come back to you.

Your profile

  • Professional experience in your field. Working student roles, internships, and Bachelor's or Master's thesis positions are posted separately.
  • Based in Hamburg or ready to move. Our teams work from the office.
  • Fluent English. It is our company language and you will use it every day.
  • You can name the area you want to work in and what you would contribute there.
  • You want to work on food, fermentation, and mycelium, and you can say why.
  • You want real ownership and colleagues who match your ambition. The pace is high and the work is yours to shape.

Our Benefits:

  • Work for one of the global innovation leaders in the food industry.
  • Dynamic and diverse mission-driven team from more than 25 different countries.
  • A fast growing company with exceptional opportunities for personal development.
  • Flat hierarchies and short decision paths.
  • Flexible working hours with entitled Home Office days in an innovative and agile working environment.
  • Gym Membership, language classes or an attractive alternative from our benefit program.
  • Great team events such as “lunch & learn”, “Demo Day”, cultural celebrations and food tastings.
  • Drinks, cereal bar and fresh fruit at the office, our home products tasting session for new employees.
  • Lastly, join us in the journey as we change the food system as we know it!

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Ready to disrupt the food system with us?

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
