Join Our Team at INFINITI of Beachwood!

INFINITI of Beachwood is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our service department.

We are seeking someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships, and helping customers maintain their vehicles.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, sales-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury automotive dealership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and provide an exceptional service experience.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests.
  • Review vehicle maintenance history and recommend manufacturer-required and appropriate maintenance services.
  • Present technician-recommended repairs and explain their value to customers.
  • Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates.
  • Communicate regularly with customers regarding vehicle status, repair costs, and completion times.
  • Work closely with technicians, the shop foreman, and parts department to ensure efficient repairs.
  • Follow up on declined services and future maintenance opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate repair orders and ensure timely completion and closing.
  • Meet individual customer satisfaction, service sales, and performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
  • Luxury dealership experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain automotive repairs and maintenance clearly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with dealership management systems preferred.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license.
