  • 7+ years of product management, product marketing, applications engineering, or commercial leadership experience in motors, VFDs, electronic hardware, or adjacent industrial equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience with industrial and commercial HVAC applications, including customer requirements, equipment ecosystems, channels, and buying dynamics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional product development and commercialization from market requirements through product launch.
  • Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and manufacturing related technical data, and system-level tradeoffs with engineering and customers.
  • Proven ability to build business cases, set priorities, make portfolio tradeoffs, and communicate recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Strong written, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer, supplier, field, and industry engagements.

Desirable Qualifications:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
