Voor onze klant actief in de voedingsindustrie zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Onderhoudsmechanieker Buitendienst.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden, inspecties en mechanische interventies aan industriële productiemachines bij klanten in België en Luxemburg. Je bent hoofdzakelijk onderweg en vormt een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten op locatie.

Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega's aan onderhoudsprojecten en technische revisies. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht draag je bij aan een betrouwbare werking van de machines en help je ongeplande stilstanden te voorkomen.

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan machines in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Inspecteren van machines en beoordelen van de technische staat.
  • Vervangen van lagers, dichtingen, kettingen, smeermiddelen, vetten en oliën,…
  • Demonteren, monteren en reviseren van mechanische onderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van technische controles en metingen.
  • Vaststellen van slijtage, afwijkingen en mogelijke verbeterpunten.
  • Opstellen van servicerapporten en terugkoppelen van bevindingen aan binnendienst.
  • Adviseren van klanten over de staat van hun machines en noodzakelijke onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften binnen de voedingsindustrie.
  • Je hebt ervaring in mechanische montage, onderhoud of machinebouw.
  • Een opleiding in mechanica, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over een goede mechanische kennis en kunt technische tekeningen interpreteren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.
  • Je functioneert zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Nederlands is je moedertaal.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om te reizen binnen België en Luxemburg.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Sporadische overnachtingen in BE of LU schrikken je niet af.
