As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: - Actively seek out and engage potential clients through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals - Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations to understand clients' career goals and recommend the appropriate services - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system - Attend networking events and conferences to represent the company and promote our services - Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a service-based industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office - Knowledge of the resume writing and career coaching industry is a plus.

Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and commission structure. The Sales Representative will also receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
