The posting

InfoCision is a family-owned company that has spent 40 years leading the way in contact center operations for global brands and mission-driven nonprofits. We're now hiring for full-time, fully remote bilingual team members to help support our clients in English and Spanish. Experience is welcomed but not required. We offer weekly pay and a starting rate of $15 per hour. You can also access a portion of your earned pay a few times per week. Benefits include health and dental insurance, a 401K, and paid training. You'll have the potential for weekly bonuses, rewards and recognition programs, and a supportive team. We offer FULL TIME schedules-Day shift, night shift and a late night shift until 2am. Many of our trainers, supervisors, and leaders started as contact center agents, and we love to promote from within, so there's real room to grow your career here.

In this full-time role, you'll answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, resolve customer issues, and deliver great support in both English and Spanish. You'll need to be fluent in both languages, spoken and written, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also bring strong computer and multitasking abilities and be able to work independently while staying productive. Customer focus and attention to detail matter, and so does a great attitude and willingness to learn.

To work from home with us, you'll need a Windows PC with at least 8GB of RAM (no MacBook or Chromebook), along with dual monitors, a webcam, a USB wired headset, and a wired mouse. Your home should be a quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable, hardwired, high-speed internet.
