Buscamos uma pessoa Analista de Controladoria para assumir a rotina fiscal da InfoPrice e, a partir dela, ajudar a transformar a controladoria com dados, automação e IA.

Esta não é uma vaga de fiscal tradicional. A rotina fiscal ocupa cerca de um terço do mês; o restante do tempo é dedicado a entender o processo contábil, conciliar, encontrar gargalos e construir soluções. Você entra pelo fiscal, recebe treinamento e evolui para o fechamento contábil e o reporte para o conselho.

Apuração & Conformidade Tributária

• Escriturar documentos fiscais e apurar os tributos do mês no regime de Lucro Real (ISS, PIS, COFINS, retenções na fonte, IRPJ e CSLL).

• Preparar e transmitir as obrigações acessórias dentro dos prazos legais (EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, entre outras aplicáveis).

• Manter o calendário fiscal e o checklist de obrigações atualizados e documentados.

Rotinas & Fechamento Contábil

• Apoiar o fechamento contábil mensal, integrando as informações do fiscal, da folha e do ERP.

• Realizar conciliações contábeis e investigar divergências até a origem.

• Organizar documentações e evidências para atendimento à auditoria externa.

Dados, Automação & Melhoria Contínua

• Mapear o fluxo do fechamento, identificar retrabalho e propor como eliminá-lo.

• Automatizar validações, conciliações e relatórios com Excel/Power Query, scripts e ferramentas de IA.

• Documentar processos em playbooks que permitam que outra pessoa execute a rotina.

Sua trilha nos primeiros meses:

1. Até 30 dias: aprender a rotina fiscal e executar a primeira apuração com acompanhamento; montar o calendário e o checklist de obrigações.

2. Até 60 dias: conduzir o fiscal com autonomia e documentar as parametrizações do sistema fiscal em um playbook.

3. Até 90 dias: entregar uma melhoria concreta na integração entre fiscal e contábil.

4. Depois de 3 meses: assumir conciliações e partes do fechamento contábil, automatizar etapas do processo e apoiar a preparação das informações para o conselho.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificações

O que buscamos em você:

Requisitos e experiências essenciais:

• Formação concluída ou em curso em Engenharia, Economia, Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins.

• Noções de contabilidade e finanças: Balanço e Demonstrações Financeiras.

• Noções de SPED e as obrigações acessórias;

• Raciocínio lógico forte e facilidade com números.

• Excel avançado (tabelas dinâmicas, PROCX, Power Query).

• Uso real de ferramentas de IA generativa para pesquisar, analisar ou automatizar.

• Atitude de dono: quando a rotina acaba, vai atrás do próximo problema sem esperar ser chamado.

• Ambição e curiosidade para aprender o que ainda não sabe, sem se limitar ao próprio escopo.

• Comunicação clara sobre o que fez, o que encontrou e o que precisa.

Diferenciais:

• Python, SQL ou Power BI.

• Vivência na área financeira de startups ou empresas de tecnologia.

• Experiência com Domínio ou Omie, ou com empresas do Lucro Real.
