Do you thrive on connecting people, ideas, and knowledge to make organizations smarter? We're looking for a Capability Consultant with a background in learning and development, community management, or knowledge management, someone who has actually built and grown a Community of Practice or professional learning network, not just supported one. You'll support capability-building efforts across multiple institutes for a dedicated client program: building communities of practice, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and keeping a knowledge ecosystem thriving.

In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to Capability Partners, helping teams share what they know, learn from each other, and turn that knowledge into measurable results.

What you'll do

• Support Capability Partners across institutes with hands-on advice, coordination, and stakeholder engagement
• Build and manage Communities of Practice connecting practitioners, experts, and learners around shared topics
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, from speaker sessions to networking opportunities, positioning learning as a connector across the organization
• Set and run the cadence for community and stakeholder meetings, from agenda-setting through documenting outcomes and action items
• Maintain a knowledge ecosystem, curating best practices and helping people find what already exists instead of duplicating effort
• Help partners understand the ROI of capability-building work and coordinate with other service teams to support their priorities

What you bring

• 4+ years of experience in community management, capability consulting, stakeholder engagement, or knowledge management
• A track record of building and growing professional communities or learning networks
• Strong facilitation skills for meetings, discussions, and collaborative sessions
• Comfort working in collaboration platforms and community management tools
• A solid understanding of Communities of Practice principles and knowledge management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred

This role supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.
