  • Bedarfsträger bei der Beschaffungsplanung unterstützen und beraten
  • Rechtssichere Beschaffungen nach den Vorgaben des öffentlichen Beschaffungswesens umsetzen
  • Bei beschaffungsbezogenen Fragestellungen das ISC-EJPD gegenüber externen Partnern vertreten
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Beschaffungsprozessen, Systemen und Dokumentationen beitragen

Das macht dich einzigartig

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Einkauf
  • Kenntnisse im operativen Einkauf und vorzugsweise im öffentlichen Beschaffungswesen, oder im IT-Umfeld sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • IT-Affinität, gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie Kenntnisse von SAP S/4HANA
  • Gute Kenntnisse einer zweiten Amtssprache

Das ISC-EJPD entwickelt und betreibt Fachanwendungen für die Bereiche Polizei, Justiz und Migration des EJPD.
