The posting

  • Entwicklung, Programmierung, Test und Wartung modularer, robuster Firmware für ARM-basierte Mikrocontroller in industriellen Automatisierungs- und mechatronischen Systemen
  • Entwicklung und Pflege wiederverwendbarer Firmware- und Softwarebibliotheken sowie industrieller Kommunikationsschnittstellen, insbesondere OPC UA, Modbus RTU/TCP, CANopen und Ethernet TCP/IP
  • Sicherstellung der zuverlässigen Kommunikation und Integration zwischen Elektronik, Mikrocontrollern und übergeordneten Automatisierungssystemen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Verifikationen, Systemtests und simulationsbasierten Validierungen sowie Entwicklung automatisierter Testlösungen
  • Analyse von Mess- und Produktionsdaten, Durchführung von Experimenten und Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse zur gezielten Fehleranalyse und Systemoptimierung
  • Begleitung von Prototypenentwicklung, Hardware-Inbetriebnahme, Low-Level-Debugging und Übergang von Prototypen in die Serienfertigung
  • Technische Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produkte über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Mitwirkung bei Hardwareentwicklung, Schaltplanentwurf, Komponentenauswahl und Systemarchitektur
  • Verantwortung für die Anwendung des Renesas Synergy Software Package (SSP)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Software-, Hardware- und Produktmanagement-Teams sowie aktive Mitwirkung an Architektur- und Code-Reviews
  • Beobachtung neuer Technologien und Identifikation von Innovationspotenzialen zur Entwicklung zukunftsorientierter Lösungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Anforderungsspezifikationen sowie Test- und Implementierungs-Dokumentationen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter gesetzlicher und normativer Anforderungen, insbesondere des Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) in Mechatronik, Robotik, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und dem Testen von Embedded Firmware/Software und Hardware
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in C/C++ für ARM-basierte Echtzeit-Mikrocontroller sowie praktische Erfahrung mit Embedded-Linux-Plattformen, z. B. Yocto
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit industriellen Kommunikationsprotokollen wie OPC UA, CANopen, Ethernet TCP/IP und Modbus RTU/TCP
  • Erfahrung mit Git und Azure DevOps sowie ein gutes Verständnis moderner Softwareentwicklungs- und Versionskontrollprozesse
  • Erfahrung in der Testautomatisierung und Datenanalyse, idealerweise mit Python
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerkanalyse und Fehlerbehebung, insbesondere mit Wireshark und seriellen Konsolentools
  • Erfahrung mit technischen Dokumentationen, Anforderungsspezifikationen sowie FAT/SAT- und IQ/OQ-Testprotokollen
  • Kenntnisse in Prozessleitsystemen, Datenerfassung und Sensorintegration, idealerweise im Umfeld der Bioprozesstechnik
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Richtlinien wie EMV-, Niederspannungs- und Maschinenrichtlinie sowie GxP, ISO 9001 und ISO 14001 von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für Innovationen und Offenheit gegenüber neuen Technologien
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B1-Niveau
