The posting

Wil jij het verschil maken in de forensische psychiatrie als verpleegkundige? Bij Inforsa begeleid je cliënten stap voor stap, observeer je hun voortgang en bied je vertrouwen en veiligheid. Jij ziet de persoon achter het gedrag en helpt hen perspectief te creëren.

Wat ga je doen? Je start de dag met een korte overdracht en bespreekt met je team de aandachtspunten. Daarna begeleid je cliënten bij hun dagelijkse zorg, voer je gesprekken, pas je verpleeg- en begeleidingsplannen aan en voer je verpleegkundige handelingen uit zoals medicatie en somatisch onderzoek. Je ondersteunt bij moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag en draagt bij aan een veilig en stabiel leefklimaat.

Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team van onder andere groepsbegeleiders, psychiaters, (gz-)psychologen en anios, waarbij samenwerking centraal staat. De zorg wordt 24/7 geboden via diensten:

  • Dag: 07:00–15:00
  • Tussen: 10:00–18:00
  • Avond: 14:30–22:30
  • Nacht: 22:15–07:00

Wij bieden

  • Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO-GGZ in FWG 45-50 afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring (min. €3180,- en max €4716.- bruto op basis van 36 uur). Inschaling op FWG 50 is van toepassing bij een HBO-V opleiding of MBO-V in combinatie met meerdere jaren werkervaring op een langdurige klinische ervaring in de GGZ;
  • Het betreft een vacature voor 24-36 uur per week met de intentie om dit bij goed functioneren om te zetten in een vast dienstverband;
  • Een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, en 8,33% vakantiegeld;
  • Je bouwt een goed pensioen op bij Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn.

Daarnaast een aantal aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden van Arkin:

Daarnaast krijg je onbeperkt toegang tot het online cursusaanbod van GoodHabitz.

Wat breng je mee? Als verpleegkundige blijf je kalm onder druk, communiceer je duidelijk en sta je open voor leren en feedback.
