Deine Aufgaben

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Softwaresystemen (Windows, Linux)
  • Einrichtung, Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Netzwerkumgebungen
  • Administrieren und stetiges Optimieren der bestehenden IT- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
  • Technischer Support für interne und externe Anwendende
  • Aktualisierung, Absicherung und vollständige Dokumentation der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Planung und Durchführung von Daten- und Systemmigrationen
  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Datenbanken (MS SQL)
  • Beratung und Schulung von Kund*innen zu technischen Lösungen und Best Practices
  • Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit sowie Monitoring und Qualitätssicherung der eingesetzten Systeme
  • Projekt- bzw. Teilprojektleitung für interne IT-Projekte inkl. bereichsübergreifender Kommunikation
  • Mitwirkung beider Umsetzung,Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (ISMS) nach ISO 27001

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich und bringst
  • entsprechende Berufserfahrung mit
  • Eigenständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten gehören für dich zum Alltag
  • Du überzeugst durch dein Kommunikationsgeschick, deine offene Art und ein hohes Maß an Empathie
  • Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretion sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du arbeitest gern im Team und trägst zu einem positiven Miteinander bei
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft Server- und Clientumfeld (Azure, M365,
  • Windows Server) und in Veeam
  • Idealerweise bringst du Kenntnisse in der ISO 27001 Foundation, ITIL Foundation (IT-Service-Management) oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrungen mit
  • Erfahrungen mit SQL, sowie Scripting Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
