OPERAÇÕES RODOVIÁRIASAtuação na gestão e acompanhamento das operações em campo, garantindo a fluidez do tráfego, a segurança dos usuários e a eficiência na resposta a ocorrências ao longo da via.CENTRO DE CONTROLE OPERACIONAL (CCO)Responsável pelo monitoramento em tempo real das condições da rodovia, gestão de ocorrências e acionamento ágil de recursos, atuando como elo estratégico entre as equipes operacionais e os órgãos externos.ENGENHARIA E INFRAESTRUTURAAtuação técnica no planejamento, acompanhamento e controle de atividades voltadas à manutenção, conservação e evolução da infraestrutura rodoviária.GESTÃO TERRITORIAL E REGULARIZAÇÃOAtuação na gestão de áreas operacionais, controle de interferências e interface com órgãos reguladores, contribuindo para a conformidade técnica, legal e operacional da rodovia.COMUNICAÇÃO VISUAL E SINALIZAÇÃODesenvolvimento e adequação de materiais técnicos e visuais, assegurando padronização, qualidade e aderência às normas aplicáveis.TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃOAtuação estratégica e operacional na gestão de sistemas e infraestrutura tecnológica, apoiando a eficiência dos processos e a evolução digital do negócio.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFORMAÇÃOEnsino médio, técnico ou superior completo, de acordo com a área de atuação (Engenharia, Administração, Tecnologia, Logística, Design ou áreas correlatas).EXPERIÊNCIAVivência prévia em operações, infraestrutura, logística, engenharia, tecnologia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em ambientes operacionais, atendimento a ocorrências ou atuação em campo será considerada um diferencial.CONHECIMENTOS TÉCNICOSConhecimento intermediário em ferramentas do pacote Office.Noções de processos operacionais, gestão de indicadores e rotinas estruturadas.Desejável familiaridade com normas técnicas, procedimentos operacionais e/ou ambientes regulados.OUTROS REQUISITOSDisponibilidade para viagens e/ou mudança de cidade de acordo com a área/vaga.Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial e, quando aplicável, em regime de escala.Disponibilidade para atuação em regiões operacionais.Informações adicionaisO QUE OFERECEMOS?Vale alimentação compatível com o mercado;Plataforma de bem-estar e qualidade de vida;Seguro de vida;Acesso a apoio psicológico.
