Lift Station Maintenance Manager Lead Critical Water & Wastewater Infrastructure Operations We are seeking an experienced Lift Station Maintenance Manager to lead field maintenance operations for lift stations, pumping systems, and related water and wastewater utility assets. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance crews, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance, managing equipment and contractors, and ensuring safe, reliable system performance. What You'll Do
Lead, train, and develop maintenance technicians and crew leaders. Oversee maintenance, repair, and installation of lift stations, pumps, motors, controls, and related equipment. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Coordinate with contractors and internal departments to complete field projects. Manage fleet equipment, tools, parts inventory, and maintenance supplies. Review work quality and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements. Facilitate weekly maintenance and safety meetings. Ensure DOT and regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of water/wastewater or industrial maintenance experience. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience. Strong knowledge of lift stations, pumps, motors, mechanical systems, and electrical troubleshooting. Experience managing crews, work orders, contractors, and maintenance priorities. Valid driver's license required. Water and/or wastewater certification or license preferred.
