Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, technical requirements, and construction methodologies.

Knowledge of applicable legislation, building codes, OHS regulations and the Construction Act.
Experience reading and understanding schedules, technical drawings, specifications and other typical industry deliverables. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
